Through a steady rhythm of sessions, check-ins, and real-world application, this approach supports deeper integration of creative practice into daily life and larger goals. It allows for iteration, accountability, and the kind of momentum that compounds over time. It often begins with the One Month Restart and evolves into 3-6 month engagements and beyond.
